Tips Feed

How do I get Tips Feed credentials?

Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to receive your Username, Password, and CustomerPackageId. These credentials grant access to the RabbitMQ queues.

What sports are covered by Tips Feed?

Tips Feed covers major sports including Football, Basketball, Tennis, Baseball, and more. Contact your CSM for the complete coverage list for your package.

How often are tips updated?

Tips are delivered in real-time as market conditions change. You'll receive "Added" signals when new tips are generated and "Removed" signals when tips are no longer valid.

Can I filter tips by market type?

Yes, each tip includes a marketId field that you can use to filter for specific market types (e.g., match winner, over/under, etc.).

How do I handle the placeholder text in tips?

Tips may contain placeholders like {participant}, {opponent}, {league}, and {player}. Replace these with actual values from the fixture metadata. See the Integration Guide for detailed replacement rules.

1. Log in to the backoffice

ENGAGE uses the same fixture and market identifiers as TRADE. If you're already integrated with TRADE, you can correlate tips and livescores with your odds data using the shared fixtureId.

Is there a sandbox environment?

Yes, contact your CSM to request sandbox credentials for testing before going live.

What's the latency for real-time updates?

Both Tips Feed and Hyper Livescore are optimized for sub-second delivery. Actual latency depends on your network conditions and message processing.
