User Management
Welcome to the User Management guide. Here you'll learn how to manage user accounts and access various tools and features within the system. Use the User Management menu to edit or create user profiles, navigate to legacy and new monitoring interfaces, access documentation and support ticketing, view account settings, and more.
The User Management menu is displayed on the upper right side of the screen.
To display, click on your Profile on the upper right side of the screen.
The User management will contain the following:
Monitoring tool: will navigate to the new Monitoring interface.
Documentation: will navigate to ‘Freshdesk’ and display the TRADE360 documentation. This is where you can find a technical and UI platform user guide explanation.
Support ticket: will navigate to ‘Freshdesk’, support ticketing section. This is where you open a new support ticket to report a problem or question you have with the system, and you can see all your ticketing history.
Account settings:
A tool that allows you to easily write us product feedback which enables us to make informed decisions to shape the future of our products and services on customers' requests.
The feedback serves as a centralized hub where you can upvote existing feature requests and share your thoughts, ideas, and suggestions regarding our product.
We understand the importance of your feedback in driving continuous improvement, and this tool will help us streamline the process, ensuring that your voice is heard and valued.
To access the Feedback, simply login to the account, navigate to the top menu, and click on the 'Feedback' button.
Fill in the following form, and we will get your requests:
User Management – This is where all the user accounts are listed. You can edit a user profile or create a new user account.
