Easily access tools by clicking the avatar icon in the top bar.
Below is an overview of the available options:
Monitoring Tool: Navigate to the Monitoring product.
Account Settings: View your account details, including user information and package information for the existing packages (InPlay and PreMatch). For the Inplay package, you'll also see the amount of quota purchased.
User Management:
Account Details: A section to view general settings and adjust your time zone preferences.
Users: This is where all user accounts are listed. You can edit a user profile or create a new user account.
Log Out: Log out securely from the platform.
Time Zone - Account admins can set a time zone for the entire account, ensuring consistent date and time display across the platform. Exceptions apply to CSV and JSON files, which will remain in the default system time. This setting is saved across sessions and doesn’t require resetting. The selected time zone appears under the Avatar Menu for all users. This information can be accessed under the Avatar Menu, as shown below: Note: Once the default time zone setting is changed, it cannot be reverted to the original default. As a workaround to reset to a neutral time zone, we recommend choosing a location like Monrovia (GMT +0:00).
