Top Bar: Avatar Menu Options
Easily access tools by clicking the avatar icon in the top bar.

Below is an overview of the available options:
Account Settings:
View your account details, including user information and package information for the existing packages (InPlay and PreMatch). For the InPlay package, you'll also see the amount of quota purchased.

User Management:
Account Details: A section to view general settings and adjust your time zone preferences.
Profile - Basic Profile information like Email adress, jon title description etc.
Time Zone - Account admins can set a time zone for the entire account, ensuring consistent date and time display across the platform. Exceptions apply to CSV and JSON files, which will remain in the default system time. This setting is saved across sessions and doesn’t require resetting. The selected time zone appears under the Avatar Menu for all users. This information can be accessed under the Avatar Menu, as shown below:
Note: Once the default time zone setting is changed, it cannot be reverted to the original default. As a workaround to reset to a neutral time zone, we recommend choosing a location like Monrovia (GMT +0:00).
Users: This is where all user accounts are listed. You can edit a user profile or create a new user account.


User Roles in TRADE
TRADE uses a capability-based roles and permission model with four clearly defined user tiers. Each tier inherits all capabilities from the previous one, ensuring a scalable and predictable permission structure:
TRADE - Admin
Full control and user management
Invite users, edit roles, manage account-level settings.
TRADE - Senior Trader
Advanced trading & configuration capabilities for experienced traders (e.g., editing odds, distributor, data limit)
TRADE - Trader
Trading using existing setup and configurations.
Unable to edit configurations and Odds settings.
TRADE - Analyst
View-only access across TRADE.
Monitoring and support.
Unable to place orders or change configurations.
To ensure a smooth transition, existing accounts are automatically mapped to the new roles:
Existing Admin users → TRADE-Admin
Existing Trader users → TRADE-Senior Trader
Editing Roles for Existing Users
To change the role of an existing user (TRADE-Admin only):
Click your avatar icon in the top bar and choose User Management.
Go to the Users section in the left-side menu.
Find the relevant user in the list.
Click the three-dots (⋮) menu next to the user.
Select Edit roles.
Choose the new role from the list
Click Update.
Log Out: Log out securely from the platform.
