Welcome to the TRADE360 Support Guide. Use this section to access documentation, provide feedback, or chat with our support experts.
To access it, click on the Support Center option at the bottom of the side menu.
Here, you'll find the following options:
Documentation: This option navigates to ‘Freshdesk’ and displays the TRADE360 documentation. Here you can find technical and UI platform user guides.
A tool that allows you to easily write us product feedback which enables us to make informed decisions to shape the future of our products and services on customers' requests.
The feedback serves as a centralized hub where you can upvote existing feature requests and share your thoughts, ideas, and suggestions regarding our product.
We understand the importance of your feedback in driving continuous improvement, and this tool will help us streamline the process, ensuring that your voice is heard and valued.
After accessing the link, on the main screen, you will be able to see all the requests that were raised and create a new one by clicking on the ‘New Post’ button.
Upon clicking, you will see a new form where you will need to fill out all the relevant details about your request.
Support ticket Submit a support ticket for assistance.
Chat with support:
Selecting this option will redirect you to the 'Freshdesk' portal. Here, you can create a new support ticket to report an issue or ask a question. Additionally, you can view the history of all your previous tickets.
When clicking on the ‘Support Center’ option, you can choose from the following options:
Contact Support with Fixture ID – Select this option if you encounter an issue with a specific fixture (Inplay fixtures/fixtures that will start in the next 60 minutes). Examples include problems with odds, live score data, fixture status, and more. Be sure to provide the correct Fixture ID to help us expedite the investigation process.
Missing InPlay Event Requests –Use this option when a fixture is unavailable on LSports' side for an event that is live and offered by the bookies we support.
Integration Assistance – Choose this option if you are in the onboarding phase and need help with issues or questions related to the integration process. This option will be used to assist with API or RMQ connection issues, particularly during the testing stage, ensuring smooth integration and promptly resolving technical challenges.
Emergency Assistance – Select this option for critical issues related to:
Production RMQ outages.
Production issues affecting multiple fixtures simultaneously.
