Provider List
Welcome to the Provider List Configuration guide. This essential tool allows you to manage the selection and weighting of betting providers to create a tailored user experience. Understand how to create new lists or edit existing ones, set thresholds, and define mandatory providers.
Creating a new list
Table columns are:
List name: The name of the list you created.
Providers: Number of providers in the list.
Min threshold: The minimum number of providers required to offer a specific market.
Mandatory Providers: Mandatory providers you have set within the list. Note: Mandatory providers are included to minimize risk and offer markets only when they are offering odds. Being marked as mandatory ensures a provider's continuous inclusion among those offering odds for a specific market:
Without this provider, customers will not receive odds even if it meets the threshold criteria.
In case the mandatory provider doesn’t offer the event at all, the odds to those markets will not be sent.
In case the mandatory provider didn’t offer a line but offered the market with other lines, the line that was not offered by the mandatory provider will not be sent.
In case the mandatory provider suspends the bet/market/line the relevant will be suspended.
List settings:
Click on the ribbon to set a list as the default list.
Click on the pencil icon to edit the list.
Click on the trash bin icon to delete the list (this action cannot be undone).
Creating new lists:
Click on the ”New List” button to create a new list.
Give the list a name.
Select the desired providers to be included in the list.
Remove a provider from the list by clicking on the trash bin icon.
Define mandatory provider – click on the ribbon icon. (Mandatory providers are included to minimize risk and offer markets only when they are offering odds)
Minimum number of providers to apply threshold for example:
Arsenal Vs Liverpool
Market 1X2 with 3 providers
If you set the threshold to 3 it means you must have at least 3 providers suggesting odds for that market.
The threshold applies to the inline level as well, meaning if I have a threshold of 3 providers, and a line is offered by 2 providers then I won't receive this line because of the threshold configuration.
View the ” Total Providers”.
By default, the weight will be divided equally between all chosen providers.
You can manually adjust the weight of each provider, provided that the total weight of all providers adds up to 100%. Failure to meet this requirement will prevent any changes from being saved.
If a provider's percentage is not specified, it will be automatically calculated to round up to 100%
