Fixture Ordering

In a convenient way, a deep-dive over TRADE360's fixture ordering capabilities for InPlay or PreMatch events over any hierarchy (sport, location, competition, and fixtures).

In addition, the screen displays all available and ordered sports/locations/competitions or fixtures.

You can order all fixtures under a specific hierarchy, once you will click on ‘group by’, both in InPlay or PreMatch.

Fixture Ordering Flow

  • For In InPlay, the screen will display the fixtures with the following status :

    • NSY

    • About to Start

    • In Progress

    • Lost Coverage

    • Interrupted (max 5 days from start date)

    • Postponed

  • For PreMatch, the screen will display the fixtures with the following status :

    • NSY

    • About to Start

    • Postponed

  • Upon ordering InPlay/ PreMatch fixture:

    • An indication is displayed to you on the 'Fixture Ordering' screen.

    • A message is sent to you with the fixture details.

  • Once the fixture receives the status "Finished" or "Abandoned", it will be displayed in the ‘Report' screen, at the 'Past Fixtures’ section.

  • Alerting - Fixture moves to status Lost coverage/canceled/Abandoned:

    • An alert email will be sent when a fixture goes to any of these statuses:

      • Abandoned

      • Canceled

      • Lost coverage

  • Ability to receive InPlay odds on fixtures without livescore coverage:

    • Fixtures with no livescore but with InPlay odds will remain in status ‘NSY’, and will not receive ‘in progress’ status.

      • The status transition for these fixtures will be from NSY to Finished.

  • Pending subscribe:

    • In case you have subscribed to an InPaly competition and the number of fixtures under this competition is higher than your remaining quota for InPlay fixtures, the fixtures outside the quota will receive a new status called “Pending subscribe fixtures”.

      • Once you will increase your quota - or a new cycle will begin for that matter, the pending subscribe fixtures will automatically move to subscribed fixtures status according to the ‘Start Date’ of the fixture and the remaining quota.

      • You will receive fixture messages on pending fixtures. Other than that no message will be sent on them, and it won’t be counted in keep-alive messages as well.

      • GetSubscribedFixtures API will return a list of all subscribed and pending subscribed fixtures ID’s.

  • Auto subscription:

    When ordering a sport, the entire sport's fixtures below it will be ordered. In addition, all new competitions which not currently played will be automatically subscribed. Same for new fixtures under competition subscription, or location subscription.

Group by feature:

Allows you to view all of the sports/ location/ competition/ fixture that covered in InPlay/ PreMatch by Lsports TRADE360.

Sports type in Prematch:

  • Ability to order only the sports types that are defined in your contract -

    • Display only the sports that are defined in your contract.

    • If you don't have a package subscription for that sport, you will not be able to see them in the UI.

      • For example: If your contract agreement with LSports is only for Football in Germany, then that’s the only sports you will see in the UI. you will not be able to see other types of sports that LSports cover.

Tables columns are:

  • Sport- Sport name. A list of all InPlay/ PreMatch supported sports in TRADE360.

  • Location- Location name. A list of all locations according to selected sports supported in TRADE360.

  • Competition- Competition name. A list of all competitions according to selected sports and locations in TRADE360.

  • Fixture-

    • Standard sport: The participants of the fixture- home team VS away team

    • Outright sport: Outrights- <competition name>

    • Outright league: Outrights- <competition name>

  • Fixture ID- The ID of the fixture

  • Start date- Date and time of the fixture

  • Fixture status- Current status of the fixture

  • Setting level- Indicates the level of configuration this fixture inherits market settings from

    • changing value according to the last settings change.

    • For example settings level on “Sports” – The odds settings and market configurations made on the sports level will be applied on the location/competition/fixture levels.

  • Data limit (in PreMatch only)-

    • The data limit limits the data sent at a day level for cases when you are not interested in receiving future information, but only for a period of time before the fixture starts. once you've defined the limitation, You shouldn’t receive any messages before the data limitation you've set.

      • If you insert “0” a equals to no limit

      • If you insert a number of days, then the data will be limited from the start date of the fixture in days.

  • Order status- current status of the order

    • This column is for information only.

    • The column will show the following order statuses:

      • ordered

      • not ordered

      • pending

    • If the whole sport was ordered- an order icon will be displayed

    • In InPlay only: Pending Fixtures- If you have ordered a sport/location/competition or fixture but ran out of quota: the fixture was ordered, however, it will be provided as soon as you renew your quota, ordered by the start date.

User Actions

  • Make an order-

    • The order button is disabled as long as you didn’t configure the package configuration and you've set at least one configured provider list.

    • The order button triggers an odds settings popup if you ordered sport/location/competition/ fixture only if this hierarchy level does not have market settings in upper levels.

    • The ‘Order’ button is disabled as long as you didn’t configure the package configuration and at least 1 provider list.

    • If the fixture has odds settings in the upper levels ‘Order’ button will be replaced with the ‘Odds settings’ button upon ordering a fixture.

  • Edit the market settings-

    • The hierarchy of the configuration is: Package configuration-> Sport-> Location-> Competition-> Fixture

    • Note that if you update your configuration in a package level but a different setting already under a specific competition, it won't override it. Only when you will cancel your settings at the competition level, the competition will receive the configuration of the package.

  • Remove an order- the ability to remove the subscription from sport/location/competition

    • When removing an ordered component in the hierarchy, all fixtures related to the component will be removed automatically. In case you want to unsubscribes from a sport or location, you will automatically unsubscribe from all competitions under the relevant source.

    • If a fixture from the unsubscribed competition is already in progress

      • Suspend all relevant markets- All odds will be sent with a suspended status

      • The fixture will be counted as ordered for you

      • Send livescore end of the event message.

      • Send fixture end-of-event message.

      • Send settlement for all bets that were sent to you

      • After the feed stop, end-of-event messages should still be sent + resulting

    • For the NSY fixtures (yet to start) from the unsubscribed competition –

      • The fixture won't be counted for you as an ordered one

      • All fixture markets are sent with suspension

      • You won't get any updates on when the fixtures will be started.

    • If the unsubscribe fixture is in lost coverage status-

      • If the previous status was NSY/ ATS should behave like the logic for NSY.

        If the previous status was in progress should behave like the logic for in-progress
