A: RMQ is sending only changes (e.g. market update, metadata update), if you lost connection and you need to restore the missing data, request a snapshot call to get all of the data you've lost and continue getting updates via RMQ.

A: You can send a snapshot request. Only events you've ordered will be sent via Snapshot and only events that finished no longer than 8 hours ago.
