Configuration screen
Configuring the system is the first step in setting up the Sports Trading Manager (TRADE360). The settings configured in the Configuration screen are applied to and affect the entire TRADE360 system.
The Provider List and Package settings are different for InPlay and PreMatch. Depending on your type of package, you will need to configure one or both of the required settings.
At first, you should select whether to configure the InPlay or PreMatch package and only then he could configure either a Provider List or Package settings.
Provider List
List Name – the custom name of the list that you can create.
Providers – the number of providers (bookmakers) on your list. the list must contain at least one provider, up to the maximum number of providers LSports offers.
Min Threshold – Your definition of the minimum number of providers that are required to offer a specific market. For example, if you chose for market 1X2 to provide odds at least from 3 providers, and there are only 2 providers from your list that provide this market, your odds will be suspended, which means that you will not get any odds for this market.
If you have configured 50% as a threshold, and there are 5 providers in his providers' list, at least 3 providers should offer open odds, if not, the odds will be suspended.
The threshold applies in the ‘line’ level as well, meaning, if I have a threshold of 3 providers, and a line is offered by 2 providers, I won't receive this line because of the threshold configuration.
Mandatory Providers – the ability to reduce risk and offer markets only if the mandatory providers offer the markets that you have selected.
those providers are set as mandatory within the Providers list, which means that if the mandatory providers don't have odds for the specified market, even if some other providers in your list do, the odds for the specified market will be suspended.
Weight – weighted average (%) for those providers in the list; the total of all the providers is always 100. When you do not determine the weight, it is automatically distributed evenly.
Options for suspending odds in this stage:
In case the 'Min threshold' logic is kicked in
In case the 'Mandatory Providers' logic is kicked in
In case 50% or more of the providers in the list suspended their odds.
Package Configuration
Default provider list drop-down – displays a list with all existing provider lists for the package.
Message type drop-down - JSON, XML, or Protobuf. The format of the odds data you will receive.
The default value is JSON.
Odds format drop-down- indicates the odds format will be sent in addition to the decimal format.
Default margin– indicates the default margin.
The default value is 7%.
In case you insert any margin percentage, it will be added to the fair odds.
In case you would like to use the default margin offered after average calculations (exactly the average margin of the selected providers), need to set this value to -1.
Input Validation: you are able to insert numbers only, and the “- “ sign. The range is between (-1) to 100.
Min difference - indicates the weight of the change you will receive an update for.
The default value is 0.
Min- Max odds - indicates the odds range you would like to get.
The odds will be sent if they are defined as greater/ equals than the minimum or smaller/equals the maximum. If the odds are below the minimum or above the maximum they will be suspended.
The default value is min=1, max=1000.
The range is not required, you can specify min price only.
Out-of-range action - refers to the minimum and maximum odds. What will occur when the odds exceed the min or max odds range.
You should be able to select whether to suspend the whole market or the specific bet/line that exceeds the range.
Another option is to keep the price in range, mining that in case the odds will be below the minimum- display the minimum odd and in case the odds will be above the maximum- display the maximum odd.
The default option in this field is to suspend the bet.
Mainline only – allows you to receive data on mainline only in markets with lines.
The default value is Main Line = false.
Data limit (relevant for PreMatch package only)- defined and limited from with day you will start to consume the data before it goes live in days:
If you insert “0” it equals no limit
If you insert a number of days, then the data will be limited from the start date of the fixture in days. For example, if you insert 7 days, then all the fixture’s messages (fixture, livescore, market) will be sent 7 days before the fixture starts.
The default value is 0.
Rounding rules
Rounding- a dropdown box with the option to choose the number of digits after the decimal point. Values between 0-4.
In the following ranges rounding, '0' should not be an option.
Stats from 1>2, 2>5, 5>10, 10>25, 25>50, 50>100, 100>250, 250>1000, 1000+
When the number is exactly between two integers it will be rounded up (away from zero).
Templates
This feature allows you to customize a set of settings, such as choosing the markets, margin, min difference, min-max odds, ‘out of range’ action, defining the lines you would like to get for markets with lines, and applying them to any hierarchy level they want.
Customizing a template needs to be according to the sport type.
If you will apply a template in a higher hierarchy, it will be applied for all the events that you will order under this hierarchy and will be recalculated accordingly.
If you apply a template in the lower hierarchy, it will override the higher hierarchy settings.
Odds Ladder
The odds ladder allows you to avoid continuous odds changes, and by that, avoid rejections of bets in your players' bet slip.
The odds ladder affects only the TRADE360 odds after calculation and won’t be applied to the raw data coming from the providers in the list whatsoever. The TRADE360 will send only the updates set by the ladder, but in the logs will also view the raw data and not the odds ladder.
You will be able to choose to apply it on the market level with the ability to apply ladder in the ‘Bulk edit mode’.
When you apply the odds ladder, it will override the min-max odds parameter with the lowest/highest odds ladder values and will show the new values in all the places the ladder has been applied.
There are 2 options for configuring the odds:
Closest to step- You will receive the closest price between the 2 steps.
For example:
The range is 1.00-2.00
The step size is 0.2
TRADE360 calculates price = 1.45
The end price TRADE360 will send will be 1.4.
In case TRADE360 calculates price = 1.5 or above- the price that you will receive be 1.6
Floor- You will receive the lowest price between the 2 steps.
For example:
The range is 1.00-2.00
The step size is 0.2
TRADE360 calculates price =1.45
The end price TRADE360 will send will be 1.4.
Also, in case TRADE360 calculates 1.5 or above the price you will receive will be 1.4.
Only when TRADE360 calculates a price that is higher/equal to the next step (higher or equal to 1.60) You will receive the next step of the ladder.
You can apply the odds ladder for a specific market
You can set up to 1000 steps.
For odds ladder upload- you can upload only a CSV file, and it must contain up to 50 ranges.
