Monitoring
Welcome to the Monitoring system. With this system you can always know what’s available in rel-time: monitor all LSports active matches, see providers markets and odds. In the following guide, you will learn how to navigate and utilize every component of the Monitoring system.
Access
Navigate from the Coverage Hub → Monitoring.
In the main screen you will find the following:
Top Bar: User Profile Menu Options
Access additional tools and settings by clicking on the user profile icon in the top bar. Here's a breakdown of the available options:
Account settings: Details regarding the user package.
User Management (Admin only): Invite new users and manage existing ones.
Log Out: Securely sign out of the platform.
The fixture display logic:
InPlay
NSY (Not Started Yet): Displayed if there is at least one market with open odds for InPlay and the start date is earlier than the current date.
About to start
In progress
Interrupted: Displayed for 48 hours from the start date.
The following status will not be displayed:
'Lost coverage' - status should not be displayed at all during live
‘Finished’
PreMatch
NSY: Displayed as long as the start date is earlier than the current date.
About to start: Displayed until the fixture status changes to one of the InPlay statuses.
The following statuses will not be displayed:
Postponed
Abandoned
Finished
Canceled
Please note: Monitoring displays only fixtures that include market data. Fixtures that provide live score updates without any market information are excluded from the monitoring view.
Odds format
You can customize the display of odds by selecting one of the available formats, Fractional, American, Malay, Indonesian, or Hong Kong, which will automatically update the odds displayed both on the main screen and within the detailed curtains view.
Sports bar - sports type display logic
The Sports Bar, located at the upper part of the table, displays the available sport types, which are ordered by the current fixture count: the sport with the greatest number of fixtures appears first, followed by the remaining sports, also ordered by their respective fixture counts.
Navigation
Open the sports bar and click a specific sport. A list of locations (with fixtures for that sport) is displayed.
Click on a spesific location. A list of competitions for that sport is displayed.
Select or remove competitions via the select box, You’ll see the fixtures display or disappear from the table (organized by sport → location → competition).
Search for competitions: At the top of each expanded section in the sports bar, type a text value and press Enter.
Return to general view: Click the sport to go back to the sport-level overview.
Search
Search by fixture name or fixture ID (Search scope applies only to the current sport table).
Table sorting
By default, the table is sorted according to the following:
Filtered by sport → Location → Competition → Fixture x.
Racing sports (PreMatch)
For racing sports (on PreMatch), only the following columns are displayed:
Location
Competition
Races
The round button includes the round’s number and the round’s start time
You can click on the round button. On click, you will be navigated to this round's markets
Note that only the relevant rounds will be displayed on the main table screen
Filter action
You can filter the following columns:
Location
Competition
Status
Start date - on PreMatch
Filter fixtures by provider
On the filters bar, you can find the providers dropdown, with all LSports-supported providers
By default, the fixtures will not be filtered by a specific provider
You can click on the provider selection dropdown, and a list of all supported providers will be displayed.
You can search by a specific provider
Only one provider can be selected
Next to each provider’s name in the list, the number of fixtures that are covered is displayed
Once you choose the provider, the sports bar will be reloaded
The sports type and the fixtures' amount will be updated according to the selected provider.
If there are no fixtures to display for a specific sports type, this sports type will not be displayed on the sports bar.
