Coverage Comparison

The Coverage Comparison Screen is a powerful tool that allows authorized users to compare their offerings and performance against other providers in real-time. It is specifically designed to provide a detailed, real-time comparison of sports types and fixtures for in-play coverage. Here's a step-by-step guide on navigating and utilizing this service's features.

  1. Accessing the Provider Smart Suggestion Tab:

    1. Log in to the monitoring system using your authorized credentials.

    2. Navigate to the "Provider Smart Suggestion" tab.\

  2. Initial State:

    1. Upon entering the tab, you'll see the comparison bar containing provider list dropdowns.

    2. The first dropdown allows you to select the provider for comparison.

    3. The second dropdown lets you choose up to 5 other providers for comparison.

  3. Provider Selection and Comparison:

    1. Choose Inplay or Prematch package type on the right side.

    2. Select a provider from the first dropdown.

    3. Select up to 5 other providers from the second dropdown.

    4. An inner search option is available within the dropdowns for easy provider selection.

    5. Once both dropdowns are selected, the 'Compare' button will activate. \

  4. Clearing Selections:

    1. After activating the "Compare" button, a "Clear All" button will appear.

    2. Clicking on the "Clear All" button will reset the page to its initial state, clearing the table and dropdown selections.

  5. Triggering Comparison:

    1. Click on the "Compare" button to initiate the comparison.

    2. The comparison outcome will be displayed in a table format, indicating the list of fixtures offered by the compared providers (second dropdown) and not offered by the selected provider (first dropdown).

  6. Comparison Outcome:

    1. The table will show relevant sports types containing fixtures based on the selected providers' comparison.

    2. The number of fixtures per sport type resulting from the comparison will be displayed next to each sport type. \

  7. Navigating Between Sport Types:

    1. You can navigate between different sports types.

    2. The comparison bar details will be saved, and the table will dynamically update to display fixtures specific to the selected sport type.

Fixture Ordering for BOOST Live Comparison

When you identify fixtures covered by other providers that you do not currently offer, you can immediately order those fixtures to increase your LSports coverage and stay ahead of the competition. This Call-to-Action (CTA) allows you to expand your fixture offerings, enhancing your platform's overall activity. Currently, Fixture Ordering is available at the fixture level only. To use this feature, you must have an active TRADE360 account.

How to Use the Fixture Ordering Feature:

  1. Navigate to the BOOST and select both a source provider and a comparison provider. Once the comparison list is displayed, hover over the fixture you’d like to order:\

  2. Click the "+" icon on the right. If the TRADE360 account is active and all conditions are met, the user will see a confirmation that the order has been completed: \

Exporting Coverage Comparison Data (CSV)

Overview You can export data from the Fixtures and Markets tabs within the Coverage Comparison screen to a downloadable CSV file. This lets you analyze or share insights outside the platform using your preferred data tools.

How to Export

  1. Go to the Coverage Comparison screen.

  2. Choose either the Fixtures or Markets tab.

  3. Apply the filters you'd like to reflect in the exported file.

  4. Click the CSV export icon at the top right of the table.

What’s Included in the Export

  • All data is currently available in the table across all paginated pages

  • Filtered based on user-selected criteria

  • Market names, fixture info, provider names, and availability

  • Start dates shown in your tenant-configured time zone

  • Icons are excluded — data appears as plain text

File Size Limit

  • If the export exceeds the maximum size allowed by the system, you’ll see this message:

    "The exported file is too large. Please adjust your filters and try again."

BOOST Notifications

Alerts you when your primary provider falls behind competitors in fixtures or markets. Create simple rules and receive email notifications and in-app alerts directly from your analysis graphs.


What You Can Do

  • Set up custom rules for Fixture or Market Coverage.

  • Get email alerts when your defined threshold is reached.

  • Access alerts from the bell on graphs or from the Alerts Page.

  • Manage rules from the Settings Page.

  • Review data using Show Analysis → opens the live Coverage Comparison table.

Access Points

Settings Page

  • Click Add New Rule to define alert logic.

  • Edit or delete existing rules.

  • Each rule includes: Rule Name, Analysis Type, Primary Provider, Competitors, Sport, Threshold.

Bell on Graphs

  • Always visible on Fixture and Market Coverage graphs.

  • Click to view all related alerts.

  • View All Alerts → Opens Alerts Page (filtered).

  • Clear All → Removes all alerts for that graph.

Alerts Page

  • Lists all alerts with filters (insight type, rule name, date).

  • Default: all insights selected.

  • Columns: Insight Type, Rule Name, Package Type, Threshold, Current Gap, Timestamp.

  • Row actions:

    • Show Analysis → Opens the Coverage Comparison table.

    • Edit Rule

    • Delete Alert


Creating a Rule

  1. Add New Rule (from Settings).

  2. Analysis Type – Fixture Coverage or Market Coverage.

  3. Threshold – Numeric (0–100).

    • Defines how many fixtures or markets the primary provider can lag behind competitors before an alert is triggered.

  4. Sport – Required.

  5. Location / Competition – Optional.

  6. Primary Provider – Required.

  7. Competitors – Select at least one.

  8. Package Type – Prematch or In-Play.

  9. Delivery Method – Email only.

  10. Click Save.

Duplicate rules show a clear message describing what needs adjustment (e.g., same rule name or provider combination).

Notifications method

Email

  • Sent when rule conditions are met.

  • Multiple alerts triggered simultaneously are grouped by package type.

  • Footer includes links to BOOST and the User Guides.

In-App Bell

  • Opens alerts for the selected insight.

  • Supports View All Alerts and Clear All actions.

  • Badge count disappears after clearing alerts.

Managing Alerts

  • Filter, review, or bulk-manage alerts (mark as read/unread, delete).

  • Quickly open related data with Show Analysis.
