Access profile settings, organisation details, and account preferences from the avatar menu.

Click the avatar icon in the top-right corner of the platform to access your profile and account settings.


Profile

Your profile page shows your Name, Email, and Role as read-only fields, and lets you configure your personal time zone.

Setting Your Time Zone

  1. Click the avatar icon in the top bar

  2. Select Profile

  3. Use the Time Zone dropdown to find and select your preferred time zone (you can type to filter the list)

  4. Click Save — the change applies immediately across the platform UI

The time zone configured as the Organisation Default is marked with a visual tag in the dropdown list, so you can easily identify it.

Things to know:

  • Time zone preferences are stored per user — each person on your team can set their own

  • Changes apply to the platform UI only; CSV and JSON exports remain in system default time

  • Your setting persists across sessions — no need to reset it each time you log in


Organisation Settings

View your account details, including:

  • User information

  • Package information for your active InPlay and PreMatch packages

  • Quota purchased (shown for InPlay packages)


User Management

Manage users, roles, and account-level settings. Admins can invite new users, assign roles, and update existing accounts from here.

Log Out

Click Log Out to securely sign out of the platform.
