Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions across the ARENA360 platform. This guide covers account settings, user invitations, and role-based access control.
Accessing User Management
Click your avatar icon in the top bar to access the User Management menu.

Sign out of the platform
Account Settings
View your account details including:
User Information — Email, name, job title
Package Information — InPlay and PreMatch package details
Quota — For InPlay packages, view purchased quota
User Management
Account Details
Configure general account settings:
Profile
Basic profile information (email, job title, etc.)
Time Zone
Set account-wide time zone for consistent date/time display
Time zone settings apply to the platform UI only. CSV and JSON exports remain in system default time.
Users
View and manage all user accounts:
View users — See all users in your organization
Edit profiles — Update user information
Create users — Invite new team members
Manage roles — Assign or change user roles
User Roles & Permissions
ARENA360 uses a capability-based roles and permissions model. Each product has specific roles, and each tier inherits all capabilities from the previous one.
TRADE Roles
TRADE - Admin
Full control and user management. Invite users, edit roles, manage account-level settings.
TRADE - Senior Trader
Advanced trading & configuration capabilities (edit odds, distributor, data limits)
TRADE - Trader
Trading using existing configurations. Cannot edit configurations or odds settings.
TRADE - Analyst
View-only access. Monitoring and support. Cannot place orders or change configurations.
DEFEND Roles
DEFEND - Manager
Full access to DEFEND features and API token generation
DEFEND - Analyst
View-only access to bet monitoring and reports
BOOST Roles
BOOST - Admin
Full access to all BOOST analytics and configuration
BOOST - Analyst
View-only access to reports and benchmarks
Inviting Users
To invite a new user (Admin only):
Click your avatar icon → User Management
Go to Users in the sidebar
Click Invite User
Enter the user's email address
Select the appropriate role(s)
Click Send Invitation
The user will receive an email invitation to join your organization.
Editing User Roles
To change a user's role (Admin only):
Click your avatar icon → User Management
Go to Users in the sidebar
Find the user in the list
Click the three-dots menu (⋮)
Select Edit roles
Choose the new role(s)
Click Update
API Tokens
Generate API tokens for programmatic access:
Click your avatar icon → User Management
Select API Tokens from the sidebar
Click Generate Token
Enter a description (e.g., "DEFEND Integration")
Copy and securely store the token
API tokens provide full access to your account. Store them securely and never share them publicly.
Role Migration
When new roles are introduced, existing accounts are automatically mapped:
Admin
TRADE-Admin
Trader
TRADE-Senior Trader
