Notification Center

Welcome to the BOOST Notifications user guide. Notifications are designed to alert you whenever your primary provider falls behind competitors in fixture or market coverage. They allow you to create simple, automated rules that trigger email notifications and in-app alerts, helping you stay informed and respond quickly to changes in performance.

Notifications can be accessed directly from analysis graphs or managed through the dedicated Settings and Alerts pages, ensuring visibility and control from every part of the platform.

What You Can Do

  • Set up custom rules for Fixture or Market Coverage.

  • Get email alerts when your defined threshold is reached.

  • Access alerts from the bell on graphs or from the Alerts Page.

  • Manage rules from the Settings Page.

  • Review data using Show Analysis → opens the live Coverage Comparison table.

Access Points

Settings Page

  • Click Add New Rule to define alert logic.

  • Edit or delete existing rules.

  • Each rule includes: Rule Name, Analysis Type, Primary Provider, Competitors, Sport, Threshold.

Bell on Graphs

The bell icon is a persistent element on both the Fixture and Market Coverage graphs. You can click it to view all related alerts. Selecting View All Alerts will open the dedicated Alerts Page, where the list will be pre-filtered to show only the relevant alerts. Choosing Clear All will promptly remove every alert associated with that specific graph and reactivate the rule again.

Alerts Page

The Alerts Page displays a comprehensive list of all generated alerts, which can be refined using filters for insight type, rule name, and date, with all insights selected by default upon landing. The information is presented in columns including Insight Type, Rule Name, Package Type, Threshold, Current Gap, and Timestamp. For each alert row, three actions are available: Show Analysis (which opens the corresponding Coverage Comparison table), Edit Rule, and Delete Alert.

Creating a Rule

  • Add New Rule (from Settings).

  • Analysis Type – Fixture Coverage or Market Coverage.

  • Threshold – Numeric (0–100): defines how many fixtures or markets the primary provider can lag behind competitors before an alert is triggered.

  • Sport – Required.

  • Location / Competition – Optional.

  • Primary Provider – Required.

  • Competitors – Select at least one.

  • Package Type – Prematch or In‑Play.

  • Delivery Method – Email only.

  • Click Save.

  • Duplicate rules show a clear message describing what needs adjustment (e.g., same rule name or provider combination).
